This lovely early WD James ML (Military Lightweight) is from the first contract S.1972 delivered to the War Office from March 1943.  It was acquired as a basket case and restored in 2014 and retains is original AAA engine.   The bike was then re-registered for the road in 2015 as a Historic Vehicle with a declared manufacture of 1943.

The bike is in full working order and has completed several trips to Normandy where it performed well. Please note that the air filter missing in the photographs has now been replaced.
